The Department of Education and Quality Management of Education, as part of the structure of the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management in Kulob

        Is responsible for implementing a unified policy for training highly qualified specialists in the fields of engineering and technology, economists in various industries, specialists in computer technology and information and communication technologies, metrology and standardization, energy, tourism and hospitality, biotechnology, public administration and law, construction, road safety, biochemistry, who are trained at the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management in Kulob. The Department mobilizes the institute's staff and students to achieve strategic goals.

        In carrying out its functions, the Department of Education and Quality Management of Education is guided by regulatory and legal documents adopted by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Higher Professional Education and Postgraduate Professional Education," the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Education," the National Concept of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Model Regulations on Higher Professional Educational Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Charter, decisions of the Academic Council, orders and directives of the Rector of the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management in Kulob, as well as other documents related to higher education.

In the process of training modern specialists, taking into account the solution of strategic tasks in the educational process, the Department develops educational programs and state educational standards in accordance with the requirements of specialties and curricula, coordinates and approves them with the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan. Considering global experience in training specialists, the Department of Education and Quality Management of Education implements the concept of phased acquisition of professional knowledge based on the credit system and a set of approved documents on this topic, and also proposes a unified monitoring and analysis of the assessment of the activities of students, teachers, department heads, and deans of faculties at the level of departments and faculties.

The Department of Education and Quality Management of Education, together with the Department of Educational and Social Work, as well as the Department of Science and Implementation, ensures the direct fulfillment of responsibilities towards students, teachers, department heads, and deans of faculties, contributing to the achievement of innovative development goals of the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management. The Department is responsible for implementing a unified system for performing official duties, self-improvement, and creativity, ensuring conditions for a competitive assessment of the activities of each participant in the unified pedagogical process.

The Department of Education and Quality Management of Education is also responsible for organizing and conducting expert analysis of curricula, short lecture courses, and class schedules based on approved programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in this process, and timely producing high-quality educational and methodological materials, ensuring their use at the level of faculties and academic disciplines.

The Department of Education and Quality Management of Education implements a unified system for conducting analytical research and monitoring the quality of classes, assessing professional knowledge and similar indicators, taking into account the achievements of students at various stages of learning, and in this process, develops and implements professional profiles depending on specialization and areas.

To perform the functions assigned to the Department of Education and Quality Management of Education, special departments and units are created to work with the unified structures of the institute at the level of departments and faculties, assess the quality of education, conduct periodic monitoring and analytical research, develop and implement student educational programs and similar activities, the work of each of which is regulated by the Regulations of this Department.
