Quality Control Department of Education
The Quality Control Department of Education carries out its activities based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Education," "On Postgraduate Professional Education," "Model Regulations on Higher Professional Education Institutions (Universities) of the Republic of Tajikistan," "Charter of the Kulob Institute of Technology and Innovative Management " and "Quality Management Program in KITIM."
Quality management in education is the development and implementation of a set of measures that effectively raise the level of educational services to high-quality knowledge and ensure that educational outcomes meet the requirements of its consumers. The Quality Control Department of Education is headed by Saidzoda R.A., with observers Odinaev Safar and Sharipov Navjavan.
The Quality Control Department at the Kulob Institute of Technology and Innovative Management plans the implementation of key tasks related to the regular conduct of inspections and monitoring to improve the quality of education in the department's activities.
Tasks of the Quality Control Department of Education:

Conducts activities to inspect and evaluate the quality of education at the institute in accordance with the work plan.

Provides the institute with informational and technological instructions for the practical implementation of control and evaluation procedures.

Organizes working groups to inspect and analyze the quality of education at the departments and faculties of the institute.

Monitors the implementation of decisions made by the Academic Council and the institute's administration.

Conducts inspections of the implementation of educational plans and individual plans of department teachers.

Participates in the certification of graduates, determines their level of theoretical and practical knowledge, and provides recommendations and suggestions.

Submits reports to the institute's administration, along with the education management, on the qualifications of teachers and their compliance with job responsibilities.

Based on the results of inspections, presents its findings to the institute's rector and the trade union committee of the institute's teachers regarding the motivation and performance of teachers.

Monitors the process of teaching experience and the activities of methodologists and students during teaching practice.

Conducts inspections of the implementation of research plans of the faculties.

Conducts surveys (questionnaires) of students regarding the quality of teachers' work, their professional skills, and expertise.
