The history of the Institute

The state educational institution "Branch of the Technological University of Tajikistan in the city of Kulob" (hereinafter FDTTK) was established in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 471 dated October 25, 2003.

The founder of FDTTK is the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the promotion of educational activities in the field of higher professional education by direction (specialty) in compliance with the determining and testing criteria was carried out with the License of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan under No. 0001026 dated February 29, 2012 .

FDTTK, considered as a part of the structure of the Technological University of Tajikistan, carried out its activities in the system of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan. In the course of the educational process, the Branch is based on the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Charter of the Technological University of Tajikistan and its Regulations, which were discussed at the general meeting of teachers, students and employees of the Branch of the Technological University of Tajikistan in the city of Kulob in the meeting No. 6 of February 28, 2012. and it was approved.

Based on the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 13, 2015 under number 149 to the Institute of Technology and Innovative Management in sh. The ball has been converted. On the basis of this document, the order of the rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan dated 30.03.2015 under the number #36/ХУ was issued, according to which the Organizational Committee was established in the composition of 8 people to consider the issues related to the implementation of the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to formalize documents on the newly established state educational institution "University of Technology and Innovative Management in Sh. Kulob". 

The institute has obtained a LICENSE with the sign AU under No. 0001867 dated February 29, 2012, No. 3/29, and was granted the right to conduct educational activities in the field of higher professional education in 23 specialties, according to which it trains specialists. Also, according to the letter of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 26.12.2014, No. 05/2 - 1348, changes were made in the admission plan, that is, 8 new specialties related to the training of textile industry specialists, 3 of which were design.

In general, on 18.06.2015, 4 faculties and 9 departments were operating in the structure of the Institute, and 2113 students of full-time, master's and distance education departments were studying. In the academic year 2014 - 2015 at the Institute of Technology and Innovative Management in Sh. A total of 124 members of professors and teachers were engaged in pedagogical activities.

On the basis of the License of the "Supervision Agency in the field of education and science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" on the promotion of educational activities with the symbol T-IF under No. 0002579 dated June 24, 2022 under No. 160, by order of the director of the Agency for control in the field of education and science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan From 07.06.2022, No. 364, the Republic of Tajikistan was granted permission to conduct educational activities in the field of higher professional education in 36 specialties.
