The Republic of Tajikistan, as a newly independent state, is at the initial stage of forming a democratic, legal, secular, and unified nation. Its further development depends on fostering individuals with high moral standards, a rich spiritual world, a sound mind and body, a deep sense of patriotism and national identity. Citizens must respect laws, rights, and freedoms, be hardworking, aesthetically inclined, economical, tolerant, responsible, active, creative, and constructive.
The process of educational and moral upbringing at the Institute of Innovative Technologies and Management in Kulob is carried out based on the directives and guidance of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, as well as the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws, programs, and strategies of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the decisions of the Academic Council and the Administrative Council of the Institute.
The educational process encompasses 18 directions outlined in the National Concept of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan, including ideological education, national education, self-awareness and national identity, patriotic, moral, and spiritual education, legal education, humanistic values, aesthetic appreciation, labor and career guidance, economic, ecological, political, and physical education, development of critical thinking, fostering tolerance and patience, responsibility, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
The Department of Education, Promotion, and Social Affairs is one of the key divisions of the Institute of Innovative Technologies and Management in Kulob. It was established on September 1, 2007, by the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute.
