Scientific Journal "Science and Technology of the 21st Century"

The Scientific Journal "Science and Technology of the 21st Century" was established in 2020 on the initiative of the former director of the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management in Kulob, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Akbar Mehridil Niyozi. The first issue was published in the same year.

The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and operates in accordance with national legislation. It is included in the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) system and has signed a bilateral agreement with the Scientific Electronic Library of the Russian Federation (elibrary.ru). It is also indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

The journal's subscribers include scientists, educators, PhD students, postgraduate researchers, master's students, university students, institutions, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and specialists from Tajikistan and abroad. Since its inception, the journal has been published 2 to 4 times per year, with 8 issues released to date.

Objectives and Tasks of the Journal

The main goal of the journal is to highlight scientific, cultural, social, and economic developments and to promote research achievements of scientists, educators, researchers, and students from Tajikistan and other countries.

Key Tasks of the Journal:

  • Compliance with the Statute;
  • Publishing scientific research findings of scientists, educators, PhD students, researchers, master's students, and university students regardless of their field of expertise;
  • Ensuring high-quality theoretical and applied materials and publishing them in the journal;
  • Providing reports and references to expand cooperation and improve activities.

Since its founding, the journal has been published under the supervision of:

  • Dr. Zainalobuddin Kobuliev, Professor of Technical Sciences (2020–2021);
  • Since 2022 – Dr. Ziyodullo Obidov, Professor of Technical Sciences.

All scientific articles published in the journal include:

  • Abstracts, keywords, author information (in Russian and English), reference lists, and research apparatus, formatted according to the journal's requirements.

The Scientific Journal "Science and Technology of the 21st Century" is included in the Registry of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on April 27, 2017 (No. 1/2).
