Expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation with the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Within the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation agreements with the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany, on November 30, 2024, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Eduard Siemens, Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, and Artificial Intelligence at Anhalt University, visited the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management in the city of Kulob.

   As part of this visit, a fruitful meeting was held with the Rector of the Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Shohiyon Almossho Nabot, to discuss prospects for cooperation in training modern professional specialists and supervising postgraduate and doctoral students. At the Faculty of Economics and Artificial Intelligence, the professor delivered lectures for students on artificial intelligence, software development for information technologies, and computer security.

Additionally, a meeting was held in the cultural hall of the institute with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of Kulob city, Orzu Hamidiyon, the Head of the Department of Industry, Energy, and Transport, Abdurazoq Khujamkulov, as well as students and staff of the institute. During the meeting, discussions focused on establishing dual education programs in artificial intelligence, automated management systems, electronics and electrical engineering, computer security, and the academic mobility of students, master's, and doctoral students. Eduard Siemens provided participants with information about key areas of cooperation at his university in the field of education. The rector of the institute awarded Eduard Siemens the title of honorary professor of the institute and presented commemorative gifts. As part of the visit, proposals were made to establish a joint Tajik-German faculty and a German language learning center involving scholars from this university.

He provided participants with comprehensive information about the opportunities available at his university. At the conclusion of his speech, he proudly expressed his readiness to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation between the institute and the university. Additionally, he emphasized that the university is willing to assist in publishing articles, textbooks, and supervising postgraduate and doctoral students.
